In our code of integrity and behavior, you will find guidelines on how we interact within LantarenVenster. We strive for a socially safe (working) environment where respect, collaboration, and integrity are paramount. In our culture, we respect and value each other, and honesty and responsibility are the norm. This code applies to everyone: staff, visitors, and artists working in or visiting our premises.
Violation of the rules will result in formal warnings, a request to leave the premises, and/or reporting the incident to the authorities.

Respectful Behavior
We do not discriminate, intimidate, bully, or insult others. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
Discrimination
Unequal treatment based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, age, nationality, ethnicity, disability, or other personal characteristics is not allowed.
Physical Contact
Physical contact, such as touching without consent, is not allowed.
(Verbal) Violence
Aggressive language is not allowed. We do not shout, curse, or threaten anyone.
Bullying
Deliberately hurting another person is not tolerated. We do not bully or gossip, and we do not deliberately exclude anyone.
Sexual Harassment
Sexual approaches, comments, jokes, viewing and/or sharing pornographic material, or any other sexually-oriented behavior is not allowed.
Intimidation
Verbally and non-verbally pressuring others and using a position of power to enforce actions is not allowed.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. Sharing personal information about another person without consent is not allowed.
