La petite dernière - Queer Cinema x Roze Filmdagen

In collaboration with Roze Filmdagen, LantarenVenster presents a special preview screening of the impressive French film La Petite Dernière. The film will be shown at the festival in March, but can now be seen one time only in advance at LantarenVenster. Roze Filmdagen is the largest LGBTQ+ film festival in the Benelux and takes place from 18 to 29 March 2026 at Het Ketelhuis and De Krakeling on the Westergasterrein in Amsterdam.

Fatima, the youngest daughter of a close-knit French-Algerian family, grew up in a suburb of Paris. As she completes her final year of school, she senses her world beginning to shift. When Fatima moves to Paris to study philosophy, she discovers a city full of possibilities. Amid these new experiences and encounters, she is confronted with herself and with new desires. She searches for her place between her family’s expectations, her own longings, and the freedom of the city.
