When JIBIKI Yuichi hears the Sex Pistols on the radio, he decides to move to Tokyo, where he finds himself at the rise of the punk rock scene. Asked to become the photographer of the underground bands, he soon becomes more and more involved. Based on his autobiography we follow several key punk bands throughout 1978-1982. Using pseudonyms but with the original music and photos, this truly is an electrifying ode to the Japanese punk rock subculture.
