Paris, 13th arrondissement: the young teacher Camille becomes roommates with the fun-loving Émilie. Although the two have no romantic feelings for each other, they live out their mutual physical attraction – with regular and uncomplicated abandon. Les Olympiades is the new film by Jacques Audiard (De rouille et d’os, Un prophète) based on a scenario by Céline Sciamma (Portrait de la jeune fille en feu, Petite Maman). Les Olympiades was selected for the Cannes Film Festival, where the film won an award for Best Soundtrack. The film is based on graphic stories by cartoonist and illustrator Adrian Tomine.
