Vanwege het voortdurende gebrek aan woonruimte in Cuba, werden in 1971 de Microbrigades opgericht in 1971. Beelden van de architectuur, archiefmateriaal en interviews worden gecombinereerd tot een experimentele collage over dit fenomeen van revolutionair modernisme.

De Turkse economische groeistrategie van de sociale conservatieve partij AKP is gebaseerd op de bouw, en inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een mechanisme voor stadsvernietiging. Wijken zijn omgevormd tot instrumenten voor buitenlandse en binnenlandse kapitaalinvesteringen, dat steden, bossen, water en woonruimten plundert.

Because of the perpetual lack of living quarters in Cuba, the Microbrigadas were set up in 1971. Images of architecture, archival material and interviews combine to form an experimental collage about this phenomenon of revolutionary modernism.
