Italian director Paolo Sorrentino (La Grande Bellezza, The Young Pope) returns with The Hand of God. In his new film, Sorrentino follows Italian teenager Fabietto Schisa from Naples, whose life is turned upside down when football legend Diego Maradona arrives in Naples.
Sorrentino himself was born in Naples. The Hand of God is one of his most personal works yet: he tells a story of fate, family, sports, film, love, loss and how all things are connected in the end.
