Zain Duraie’s debuutfilm werd zowel gedraaid als geacteerd met de nodige rauwheid en eerlijkheid. De Palestijnse actrice Clara Khoury speelt de moeder, Mohammad Nizar maakt zijn filmdebuut als de zoon. Screen Daily prees de film als een ‘visueel treffend Jordaans debuut dat een authentiek beeld geeft van psychische ziekte’.
