Het Haagse cultuurcentrum Stroom organiseert dit jaar events rond het thema Culture of Control.
Voorafgaand aan het AFFR organiseren we een Top Secret Cinema op een Top Secret locatie en op zondagavond sluiten we het festival af met een zomergastenprogramma over Culture of Controle.
Schrijfster en criminologe Monique Koemans neemt je in vijf stappen mee langs de na-oorlogse geschiedenis van controle in de maatschappij aan de hand van filmfragmenten. Van de koude oorlog en isolement tot de hedendaagse ‘pre-crime’: ingrepen op basis van data en patronen om criminaliteit te voorkomen.
