De tweede editie van het Dutch Global Health Film Festival vindt dit jaar onder meer plaats in LantarenVenster.
Dit filmfestival wil mensen met een algemene of professionele interesse in wereldwijde gezondheid samenbrengen om na te denken, te discussiëren en debatteren over mondiale, gezondheidsgerelateerde kwesties.
Het programma op 9 december bestaat uit een avond met drie inspirerende documentaires, steeds gevolgd door een paneldiscussie. Alle films zijn Engels ondertiteld.
Het festival wordt gepresenteerd door de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Tropische Geneeskunde en Internationale Gezondheidszorg (NVTG), TROIE – vereniging voor Arts IGT in opleiding en Uniting Streams.

This film festival aims to bring together people with either a general or professional interest in global health to think, discuss and debate about global health related issues.
The Rotterdam Edition of the Global Health Dutch Film Festival has the objective to use film and media as a catalyst for discussion on global health issues, believing that documentaries have the power to communicate stories, inspire change and encourage action.
The festival on the 9th of December will be an evening consisting of three inspiring documentaries each followed with its own panel discussion by three experts.
