Origami Workshop: Kusudama
Tijdens deze origami workshop leer je van papierkunstenaar ORIMAKI meer over de traditionele Japanse papierbol genaamd kusudama, en leer je hoe je met een vel papier eenvoudige, doch schattige en uitdagende geometrische vormen kunt maken. Alle deelnemers maken hun eigen kusudama, die je vervolgens aan iemand cadeau kunt geven, of natuurlijk voor jezelf houden.Neem zelf nog wel een stevige kaart (zoals een bankpas, creditcard of een lidmaatschapskaart) mee, dit zul je nodig hebben om perfecte vouwen te kunnen maken.
In this origami workshop, the paper artist ORIMAKI will introduce you to the traditional Japanese kusudama paper ball with lots of hearts. You will learn how to fold a modular piece and make a simple, but cute and yet challenging geometric shape. All participants will create their own kusudama, which will make a lovely gift or decoration for your home. Please bring a sturdy card such as a credit card, bank card or membership card. You will need this to make perfect creases.
